RAWC Signups for the 2010 season
We'll be holding our next round of signups at the parent's night on March 2nd. Please see below for details of what, where, when. The cost for wrestling this year is $80, and includes a USA Wrestling card (insurance), club fees, and $25 dollars of raffle tickets. When you sell the raffle tickets, you keep the money. If you sell them all, your cost for wrestling is $55. That's a superb bargain when compared to other organized sports programs. You can also keep all the tickets if you're feeling lucky.
So When Do We Start?
Our first night of practice is March 9th at 6pm if you're between the ages of 5 and 12. The older kids start the same night at 7pm. Both age groups will practice for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. We practice in the Shasta High School wrestling room behind the main gym.
Parent's Night
We will be holding a parent's night on March 2nd at 6pm in the drama room at Shasta High. This meeting will be used to share details of the RAWC program with new wrestler's parents. We will also be taking signups that night. So where's the drama room? Head towards the office and look for signs pointing you in the correct direction.
NOTE the date for this meeting has recently been changed from February 24th to March 2nd. Please make note of this so you don't show up on the wrong day and wonder where everyone is.
